Ski-driven winter and lake/mountain summer carry the year. We protect ADR in peak weeks and rebuild demand for the shoulder.

US guests price in USD, Canadians in CAD, overseas in EUR/GBP. We design pricing logic that respects all three without leaving money on the table.

STR rules are now serious

BC and parts of Quebec have tightened STR registration and primary-residence rules. Distribution strategy has to follow the law, not the other way around.

Canadian guests respond strongly to a clean direct booking experience and a real loyalty program. We build both without bolting on extra software.
